2. Information We Collect
- Account & authentication data — name, email, and authentication identifiers of team members who access our systems.
- Authorised social-media analytics — for client accounts we are permitted to manage, aggregate content-performance metrics (view counts, publish dates, likes, comments, shares, saves, reach, follower counts) and public post metadata (captions, permalinks, media type).
- Client business information — handles, page identifiers, and configuration provided to set up tracking.
- Usage data — standard technical logs needed to operate and secure our services.
We do not collect the personal data of end-users who view or interact with our clients' content. The metrics we store are aggregate figures reported by the platforms, not individual-level personal information.
3. Data Obtained Through Meta Platforms
Where a client authorises it, we access performance insights for their Facebook Page and Instagram professional account through Meta's official Graph API. We use this "Platform Data" solely to generate analytics and reporting for that client, in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not sell Platform Data or use it for advertising.
4. How We Use Information
- To calculate and display content-performance analytics for authorised client accounts.
- To produce reports and dashboards for our team and the relevant client.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our services.
- To comply with legal obligations and platform requirements.
5. Third-Party Services
We rely on third-party providers including Meta (Facebook/Instagram Graph API), Google (YouTube), TikTok, and data/infrastructure vendors used for authentication, hosting, and databases. Each processes data under its own privacy policy; we share information only as needed to operate our services.
6. Data Retention
We retain aggregate analytics for as long as we manage the relevant client account and for a reasonable period thereafter for historical reporting, unless deletion is requested.
7. Data Deletion & Your Choices
You can request deletion of any data associated with an account at any time:
- Email info@cavello.club with the account name, or
- Revoke our app's access in your Meta Business settings, which immediately stops all further data collection.

8. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted transport, access controls, and least-privilege credentials — to protect information commensurate with its sensitivity.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are a business tool and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International Data
We may process and store information in countries other than where you reside, including the United Arab Emirates, with appropriate safeguards where required.
