This page explains how to request the deletion of data that O'Neill FZ LLE (trading as Cavello) holds in connection with a social-media account. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What data we hold
For accounts we are authorised to manage, Cavello stores aggregate content-performance metrics — such as view counts, publish dates, likes, comments, shares, saves, reach, and follower counts — together with public post metadata (captions, permalinks, media type). We do not store the personal data of end-users who view or interact with content.
How to request deletion
You can have all stored data for an account permanently deleted using either method:
- Email us. Send a request to info@cavello.club with the subject line
Data Deletion Request, and include the social-media account name/handle to be deleted. - Revoke access. In your Meta Business settings (Business Settings → Business Assets / Integrations / Apps), remove our app's access to your Facebook Page or Instagram account. This immediately stops all further data collection.
What happens next
- We confirm the request and verify you are authorised for the account.
- We permanently delete all stored metrics and metadata for that account from our systems.
- Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request, and we notify you once it is done.
